AgCloud does not have the capability to verify that cameras are recording correctly or smart-events are triggering as expected. Please use the playback function regularly to ensure you are recording footage as expected.

While AgCloud believe HikVision cameras are some of the best on the market, we cannot control, nor influence their design or operational decisions. We can often recommend workarounds for their quirks, but have no influence over their fixes or updates.
