  • AgCloud's monitoring and support services are designed to protect the long-term stability of your system. Short-term outages are ignored and intermittent faults can be invisible to our monitoring. Please contact us if you experience issues so we diagnose them.

  • AgCloud does not have the capability to verify that cameras are recording correctly or smart-events are triggering as expected. Please use the playback function regularly to ensure you are recording footage as expected.

  • While AgCloud believe HikVision cameras are some of the best on the market, we cannot control, nor influence their design or operational decisions. We can often recommend workarounds for their quirks, but have no influence over their fixes or updates.
