Pricing herein is subject to change without notice. Existing customers will retain their initial pricing for 12 months from commencement, then be moved to current pricing. Pricing is quoted monthly, but charged quarterly in advance, and no pro-rata refunds will be issued on cancellation.
AgCloud support services are designed to find and rectify long-term persistent issues and critical system faults.
We do not and can not provide real-time reporting of faults or provide guarantees of service. Connectivity Issues are given up to an hour of downtime to self-rectify before registering as a fault for investigation.
While we provide remote monitoring of CCTV recording systems, there are certain issues that our service cannot detect. These include cameras not set to record properly, inaccurately identified events that fail to trigger recordings, manual deletion of footage, and recordings that are corrupt or unreadable. These aspects remain the customer's responsibility. We strongly recommend proactively and regularly using the playback function to ensure access to the expected footage. Our service ensures the system is online and appears to be in the same overall state, but routine checks are essential to confirm that your recording needs are being met.
